How To Train Calves Heavy And Safe In A Smith Machine



A young man named Bill came into town today and hit me up to train, he is from Tennessee and follows me on facebook. I took it as a compliment that he would want to train with me so I invited him to join me at my session of Back and Chest Push Pull Theory Workout; similar to my fighter training on the membership site (kimmerleplan.com). He killed it making it fun for me! We worked up to this weight with 4 sets on the seated calf raise and then 4 sets on the calf raise standing. I totalled about 18 sets of calves.
