30 Minute Yoga Class - Arm Balance Flow

I love playing with different arm balances and this flow has a bunch built-in. Try them with blocks so you get more lift off the ground. No need to be an expert. Work this flow to build arm, shoulder, and core strength.

We play with scale pose/tolasana, pendant pose/lolasana, crow pose/kakasana or bakasana if you can straighten your arms!, hurdler's pose/koundinyasana 2, side crow/parsva bakasana to koundinyasana 1, flying pigeon/eka pada galavasana, hummingbird/also known as grasshopper or dragonfly, compass pose, and 8 eight angle/astavakrasana.

This was supposed to be a 20 minute flow but we got a little carried away, so it's closer to 30 minutes.
