HIIT workouts work well on bodybuilding programs as well as weight loss programs. For bodybuilders it comes in handy because it preserves more muscle than steady pace cardio. For weightloss aspirers, it burns more fat in a shorter space of time. So it aids losing weight fast. So whatever the case HIIT Cardio Workouts are awesome. It is also a challenge; giving you an incentive to complete it and something to act as a gauge for progress tracking.
