Adopt the supine start position. Maintain a neutral pelvis and centre. As you exhale slide one leg away along the floor, keeping your pelvis and spine in neutral. Inhale as you return the leg to starting position. Repeat with the opposite leg. Remember to keep your pelvis in neutral through out the exercise.
