Hello and welcome to The Yoga Ranger Studio YouTube channel - my name is Aprille! Today's practice is Restorative Yoga to open your back, chest and shoulders. Great for when you are congested with allergies or cold/flu or feeling a bit blue. Lots of poses to support deeper breathing.

Props Needed: 3 throw pillows, 1 bed pillow, 1-2 blankets, and 1 beach/bath towel - optional eye pillow.
