Yoga Exercise To Increase Concentration - Bhramari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath)

PRESENTED BY: DR.ANANDA BALAYOGI BHAVANANI OF ANANDA ASHRAM ICYER PONDICHERRY
Bhramari Pranayama
This breathing technique derives its name from the black Indian bee called Bhramari. (Bhramari = type of Indian bee; pranayama = breathing technique). The exhalation in this pranayama resembles the typical humming sound of a bee. Sit up straight in a quiet, well ventilated corner with your eyes closed. Keep a gentle smile on your face.Place your index fingers on your ears. There is a cartilage between your cheek and ear. Place your index fingers on the cartilage.Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, gently press the cartilage. You can keep the cartilage pressed or press it in and out with your fingers, while making a loud humming sound like a bee.You can also make a low-pitched sound but it is a good idea to make a high-pitched one for better results.Breathe in again and continue the same pattern for 6-7 times.

Benefits (bee breath)

Helps mitigate migraines

A Easy But Fast Way To Lose Belly Fat After 40, 50 ,60
There are more than a few people who approach fitness very timidly. Most people either don't know where to start or aren't motivated. The best way to get started is to have fun with it. Use some of the following ideas to help get you on the right track.

Music is a key motivator when working out. Music has a way of getting people into a groove. Once your body begins to move, it will continue to move, and you will continue to dance without realizing how long you have been at it! Many people have found dancing to be a fun and exciting form of exercise. It does not require someone to be overly fit and can serve as great cardio.

Invite some friends to workout with you. This time can be spent chatting and catching up. Friends make exercising fun. It's easy to be distracted from tedious exercise when you are engaged in a good chat. Bringing friends along will make working out a lot more fun.

Exercise video games are a fantastic method for getting a workout. The advantage of this method is that when you are playing a workout video game, it is easy to get consumed in the game itself and not even realize that you are actually exercising. When you don't focus on paying attention to what your body is experiencing because you are playing a game, you will feel more energetic and be able to work out for longer periods of time.

Buy workout attire that flatters your physique. This strategy can provide significant motivation at the start of a fitness program. There is a wide variety of workout apparel that comes in many colors. As a result, you can express yourself and be creative with your selection. This great looking clothing will motivate you to work out even harder.

In order to avoid the same humdrum routine, switch up your exercises daily. Keeping a varied, interesting routine will help you stay focused and motivated. By keeping your exercise routines fresh and interesting, you can look at exercise as entertainment. Do this by mixing up your routines and continually seeking new methods of exercise.

Try to give yourself some sort of reward for each fitness goal you manage to reach. You deserve to be rewarded for your successes! You accomplished what you set out to do. Reward yourself by spending time with your loved ones or have a small piece of dessert. Maybe buy a new outfit to show off your improved body. Having a reward waiting for various milestones can really help you stay motivated to work toward your goals.

There's no rulebook that says you can't have fun while working out. If you keep a positive attitude, you'll find plenty of ways to keep your workouts entertaining. Use these ideas to improve your mindset and start on your path to success.
