In this week's arm balance video we're diving head first (literally) into.... Flying Pigeon Pose

Or in proper yogic terms, eka pada galavasana.

I dig this arm balance for a few reasons, but mostly because I feel that it can be accessible to many of us, given that extra love tap to get flying.

Here's the reasons:

*it mimics familiar poses, think figure four, traditional pigeon pose and crow pose
*it's fairly accessible to find the necessary bind
*the stacking sensation is straightforward,
*the full variation offers yogis a path to advance

If you're convinced and ready to get flowing, hit that play button and let's go. But if you need a bit more information, like a how-to tutorial, then click the link for a step-by-step tutorial - http://wp.me/p3R0mQ-305.

A Simple But Fast Program To Lose Weight After 30, 40, 50 ,60
Exercise is always a wonderful addition to a weight loss plan. It is essential to get regular exercise to attain maximum weight loss; however, if you aren't motivated to exercise, it will be hard to keep it up on an ongoing basis. Exercise can be fun if you learn the right ways to do it. Below are some excellent ideas to help you begin.

Turn the music on when you exercise. It is only natural to start moving when we hear music playing. Music makes exercise more enjoyable. Some people associate music with dancing, and music can trick the mind into thinking you are dancing, not exercising. You will not even notice how tired or sore your muscles are when you are enjoying yourself. Music can really boost your motivation to finish up those last few reps.

Ask a friend if they would be interested in exercising with you. When you make exercising a way to socialize, it will be fun for you. It's tough to focus on your own discomfort when you're having fun with your friends.

Workout video games are exceptional exercise tools. The game pulls you in, so you don't even realize that you're getting a workout. Taking the focus off your body has a psychological effect on your endurance.

If you can afford it, take yourself shopping for workout clothes, so you will be more motivated to exercise. Purchase exercise clothing that will help you feel good about your appearance. There are many different stylish and colorful workout clothes you can buy. They can be comfortable, fun, or even flatter your appearance. Use your imagination and be inventive! Be outrageous and unique. Whatever your personal style, make sure that you like the way you look in your new outfits. This is a great way to motivate yourself to get started on your workout.

Repeating, repeating, repeating the same workout is boring, boring, boring. Make sure you spice it up! If you get bored, you will exercise less. There is a chance that without proper incentive to keep trying, you might even abandon your goals. This is why you should change up your routine regularly. This is essential if you want to stay motivated. By allowing yourself to cease working out, you put yourself at risk of eliminating the benefits you have already achieved.

Rewarding yourself is deserved if you have done a good job. After you have attained your first goal, you will probably feel motivated to reach even higher! Make the treat something that you really want - you deserve it!

You don't have to find exercising monotonous or boring. If you have the right attitude, you can have fun while you are getting in shape. Use these ideas and get your body into great shape.
