Friends, I hope you're ready for some serious hip action! This is an hour long vinyasa flow class to help you open up tight hips. There's a good mixture of flows to help you build strength and give you a workout along with some longer held hip openers to improve mobility.

I apologize for the delay in uploading this, my software was having issues and I ended up having to export 7 times before it worked... Anyway, we're good now :)

Without proper motivation, efforts to get fit are sure to fail. Often times, it is hard to find the urge, or you may be unsure about how to begin. If you come up with some ideas that are fun, you will stay motivated to stick with your routine.


Music is helpful to listen to while working out. Music will get you moving. It is natural for people to respond to music. When you feel as though you're dancing to a great song rather than exercising, your workouts will be much more entertaining. When you listen to music while you are working out, it will be fun, and you will be able to keep going. When you do the same exercise routines over and over, it is not difficult to become bored. If your habitual exercise routine has become boring, it is likely to lead to neglect rather than success. Try switching up your routine regularly for a fun change of pace. Making your exercise interesting helps your motivation. By allowing yourself to lose interest in working out, you put yourself at greater risk of quitting your routine. It makes it much harder to get back into a good exercise routine once you quit.


Rewarding yourself is deserved if you have done a good job. A reward provides the motivation you will need to complete the next step of your journey. You can treat yourself to a small portion of your favorite dessert, or perhaps buy a new exercise outfit that you have always wanted.
