Power yoga inversion sequence



A sequence of inversions, hand balances and twists to strengthen the core. An intermediate to advanced strong yoga practice is needed to attempt this. Movement should be strong and steady, remember yoga isn't all about flexibility, strength should be equal to be in balance. Always seek instruction from a qualified instructor.
