Spine Twist with the Magic Circle second variation is a intermediate/advanced Pilates exercise. Set up for your Spine twist. Place the magic circle in between your feet and be sure it's parallel. Press in on the circle. Perform Spine-twist the same way but pressing out on the circle as you move.
